    Completed row in 19:44 which is PR. Did not pace from beginning went after row for 1st 1k a little, completed in 3:40. Then each 1k got slower. Really controlled breathing before burpees. Felt very comfortable on the rower.

    Did not stop on burpees, period. Was not moving super fast. But steady 80ish% pace. I am happy with my score. Only way to get higher score is row faster.
