  1. AD ave 20 cals each minute. I feel like I am understanding pacing better on the AD. Will help for 300FY this week.

    Enough switching between movements to not be able to go fast. Smart man you are! I kept the movements fast though and just transitioned slow.

    Felt good, was moving fast but squatted slow each round to stay at 85%. Kind of wheelhouse training here.
