C1. Push jerk 12, 12, 12; rest 30 seconds
C2. CTB chin ups 18 unbroken x3; rest 30 seconds


A. 275,300,315(PR).....felt solid.
B. 135,145,145
C1. 155,155,155.....bar stayed in palm of hand for all jerks, felt great!
C2. Completed......breathing was better than 2 weeks ago on these.
