A. Clean and jerk; 2, 2, 1, 1; rest 3 min
B. Squat snatch; 3 reps on the min for 8 min @70% of max

A. 245,255,265,280(15#PR).....felt really good here, have been doing some new stretches for clean/rack, really working
B. 155, completed, had to warm up good but felt solid.

Tester - 6:06......wanted to go unbroken on squats, but legs were tired 13/7/5. HSPUs were humbling. Used 10in depth. Did first 5 strict, then 3, then 2, then it was singles. Gotta be really good at a kip when it is that deep.
