Not thrilled but ok with results. Probably could have pushed more on 155. When I have that much time to rest, I need to push harder, because I will definitely recover, learened that today. compared to my 30 @ 175 for time result, this is good.
I need to start practicing TnG. I been focused on hitting lifts and continuing to move. We need to start working on hanging on to the bar.
