A. Weighted chin up supinated clusters 3.3.3x5; rest 15 seconds/rest 3 min

Amrap in 12 min:
50 double unders
4 muscle ups


A. 35,44,53,58,58.....had no clue what to use for weight. The supinated grip is tougher than pronated for me.

Tester - 8 rds......weak, I did not have a chance to warm up and it showed. My DUs were horrible. It was a shoulder smoker. I need a new rope anyway. I have 9 + easy on this.
