05/29/12 - Training

Hadnt gotten new program yet. Threw some strength work together.

A. Every :45 complete 2 squat cleans @ 220# X 15
B. Front Squat 3 X 3, 2 seconds in the hole.





A - Completed - felt pretty solid, no failed reps.
B - 245, 265, 275
