A. 50 back squats for time 265#
B. 20 sets of 5 unbroken CTB chin ups for time


A. 5:55...sets were 12,11,10,9,8 think i paced it well.
B. 7:22...this got much tougher than I thought, not sure why, my hands ripped, i was messing with the gymnast grips, whatever
