07/28/12 - Training

On the minute for 10 min:
5 hang squat clean 175#
+
On the minute for 10 min
4 hang squat clean 195#
+
On the minute for 10 min:
3 hang squat clean 215#
(if you fail at any minute skip the min and take extra rest)

Completed 1st 10 min. Very difficult. No fans at gym today, humid, 125+. Did 5 min of second set at 195 and had to stop. Would like to revisit this type of session more frequently under normal conditions.
