06/17/12 - Testing

A. Squat clean gauntlet; start at 185#; add 10 pounds on the minute
until failure

A. 295 - PR by 20#!!!! Felt so solid all the way through this. 305 hit me in the chest.

Tester 10:45 - Really tough on shoulders to go from rack to HSPU. All FS unbroken, broke HSPU after set of 10.
