A. Weighted dip 5, 4, 3, 2, 1; rest 3 min
B. 20 sets of 2 unbroken muscle ups for time
C. Amrap 1-5 unbroken hspu ladders in 10 min


A. 72,105,144,164,180....@ or a little above BW. Boom!
B. 7:00...no failed reps, kept moving. Still took longer than expected
C. 6rd + 5 reps = 95 reps.....Paced too much in beginning. I wanted to practice kip throughout. Really got a rhythm on those.
