A. Squat snatch 2 reps x12 (all bw 70-85% 1rm squat snatch)
B. Ohs 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1; rest 3 min
C. Snatch balance 2, 2, 2; rest 3 min

180(1),180,180(1),180.....frustrated with snatch.

Ran out of time, was rushed a little on over head squat. Going to redo this session minus the snatches. Then do a the 21-15-9 tester DL@275/OHS@155.
