D. Row 5 min @ 90% - sprint last 30 sec

B. Used 95#, completed
C. 426....don;t know if that is good. Kept moving good. Always at least sets of 30.
D. Pain...didnt record meters...was at about 1:48 pace. finshed 1:30ish
