230 total cals....got faster as I warmed up. Used a 35# DB and 53# KB on sets of TGU. Great session.

PM

A1. 225,225,225,235,185...no blocks had to bring down to shoulders.
A2. 70(2),70(2),70(3),70(3),70(3)....Not feeling strong here. Left bicep still hurting.

14:00....almost quite after 4th round. Lunges got tough. VERY hot and humid in gym tonight.
